Refund Policy:

    • Refunds will be provided in the following scenarios:
      • Order cancellation within the specified timeframe.
      • Receipt of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
      • Non-delivery of the ordered items within the stipulated delivery period.

    • Once your cancellation request is approved or a return is authorized, refunds will be initiated within 3-4 Working days via the original payment method used during the purchase.
    • Refunds may take 3 - 4 Working Days to reflect in your account, depending on the payment provider's policies.
  3. Return Shipping:
    • If you are returning an item due to a fault on our end (e.g., damaged, defective, wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
    • For voluntary returns or exchanges due to personal reasons, customers will be responsible for return shipping fees.
